The staff is extremely friendly & went above and beyond for my elderly client. Because of them she was able to afford the glasses with the little extras she needed and wanted on them. Malbar always makes everything easier for me! My eye exam was straightforward and I was filled in on information about my eyes that no one ever bothered to tell me before. I just called today because I'm on a trip and my glasses are breaking, and Adam quickly and efficiently found my prescription and sent it to me. I would visit sooner if my prescription wasn't already up to date!

Colby, at Malbar Vision North Tower Omaha, helped me so much.. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. My glasses unfortunately snapped the night before and I wasn't a current patient, but have been in the past. I really needed to be able to see for work because I'm a driver. He was able to help me out with a trial pair contact lenses, and set me up with an eye exam and a contact fitting two weeks from the day.!
I had to call several more times to ask more questions, and he was always very polite and very knowledgeable about any information that I inquired about. I really felt like he cared about me.
He wanted to do anything and everything possible to make sure that I received everything I needed, in order to continue driving safely.
