The team at Malbar Vision on Cass Street provided the best customer service I've experienced anywhere in Omaha! After a frustrating experience at another optical office, they completely turned my day around. From the receptionist and technician, and especially to the gentleman who helped fit my glasses and got me on my way and took his time breaking everything down and to Dr. Cameron, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely cared for. A special thank you to District/Regional Manager Angie for making sure everything was resolved in a timely manner. This team deserves to be recognized for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. They've definitely earned a customer for life!

I saw Dr. Bargell, who was super personable and clearly good at what he does. Everyone, from the receptionist, to the assistant, to the optician, Colby, was very friendly. Great experience overall!

The staff is extremely friendly & went above and beyond for my elderly client. Because of them she was able to afford the glasses with the little extras she needed and wanted on them. He didn't rush her at all and made sure she understood all the different options available. He was truly amazing!!! Thank you for a very pleasant experience!!!!

Malbar always makes everything easier for me! My eye exam was straightforward and I was filled in on information about my eyes that no one ever bothered to tell me before. I just called today because I'm on a trip and my glasses are breaking, and Adam quickly and efficiently found my prescription and sent it to me. I would visit sooner if my prescription wasn't already up to date!

Colby, at Malbar Vision North Tower Omaha, helped me so much.. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. My glasses unfortunately snapped the night before and I wasn't a current patient, but have been in the past. I really needed to be able to see for work because I'm a driver. He was able to help me out with a trial pair contact lenses, and set me up with an eye exam and a contact fitting two weeks from the day.! I had to call several more times to ask more questions, and he was always very polite and very knowledgeable about any information that I inquired about. I really felt like he cared about me. He wanted to do anything and everything possible to make sure that I received everything I needed, in order to continue driving safely. Thank you so much Colby! Also thank you Adam!
